Where do you source your materials from?
We use a variety of eco-friendly suppliers in Canada, China, and the US.
What's your production process?
In order to minimize our impact on the planet, we keep the process simple: From raw material to pulp, from pulp to paper, and from paper to you.
Wouldn't using recycled materials be better than fresh materials?
The papers produced with recycled pulp cannot be as sustainable as the ones produced by using virgin pulp since, in the recycling process, the fibers weaken and shorten.
The production of recycled pulp is harder and relatively more expensive than the production of virgin pulp. Usually, the production of virgin pulp consists of three steps which are logging, milling and distribution. The production of recycled pulp has more steps which are paper collection and recovery, pulping and deinking. These steps take more time and require more energy to accomplish.
What about unbleached tissue makes it better?
Bleached tissue is more harmful to the environment, as it releases dioxin during production which is a persistent pollutant that can be difficult to remove once introduced into nature. It can cause cancer, reproductive and developmental problems, damage to the immune system, and can interfere with hormones. More information can be found on the EPA's website.
Are your products biodegradable?
A majority of them are. Cotton, wood pulp, and bamboo can easily biodegrade in nature. Our Eye Love masks unfortunately do not, but we are always researching to find ways to make this happen.

Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time we do not ship outside of the US.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept exchanges on items damaged during shipping. Please contact us at ch22shopify@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to start the process.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received an incorrect product in your order, or are missing an item, we are very sorry! Please contact us at ch22shopify@gmail.com and we'll make sure to assist you ASAP!
